Privacy Policy

The short version

Endless Noir is a radio drama you listen to. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no cookies, and no advertising trackers. We collect almost nothing, and we never sell or share personal information.

What the site measures

Listening counts. The player sends small anonymous events (a tune-in, a scene starting, an episode finishing) to our own counter. These carry the episode and scene names only: no cookie, no identifier, and the counter does not record your IP address.

Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregate page views. It does not build a profile of you.

Podcast downloads. Episode audio is served through Podtrac, a podcast measurement service, which counts downloads the way the podcast industry does (from the request your podcast app makes, including its IP address and app name). Podtrac’s own privacy policy applies to that measurement.

Hosting. The site and audio are served by Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver them, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you write to us

If you email the station (for example, a tip at radio@endlessnoir.com), we receive what you send: your email address and your message. We use it to read and answer you. If a tip becomes part of the story, we credit you by name only if you ask us to.

Supporting the station

If you choose to support the show at endlessnoir.com/support, the payment is handled by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processor, Stripe, under their own privacy policies. Your card details go to them, never to us. From Buy Me a Coffee we receive the name or handle you enter, any message you write, the amount, and the contact details it shares with creators, such as your email address. We use these only to thank you and to keep count of support. We never sell them or use them for advertising.

Our TikTok app

“Endless Noir Radio” is our own tool for publishing the show’s teasers to the station’s own TikTok account, @endlessnoirradio. It connects only to that account, with the account owner’s permission. It reads that account’s basic profile, uploads the station’s own videos and images, and stores the access tokens TikTok issues on the station’s own computer. It does not access, collect or store information about any other TikTok user.

Podcast apps and social platforms

When you listen in Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube or another app, or follow us on TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky or X, that platform’s own privacy policy governs what it collects. We receive only the aggregate statistics those platforms report to podcasters and creators.

Children

The show is crime fiction for adults and is not directed at children.
